Post Best place for engineered oak flooring??

Anyone had any good deals on engineered wood flooring? Been looking around but its so expensive?

I know this wont help, but have you tried the floor ?

I find thats the best place for flooring

thats typical of sn these days.in the old days you wouldnt get replies like this,only sensible answers.i remember back in 1957 i asked about splitters and i must have had 400 replies,all sensible.whats happening to sn??its going to the dogs!!!

Costco !!!!! Done the hall & dining room in 17mm light oak it looks superb for c.£25 for 1.15 sq mtr.(+fitting,glue etc.)

Maybe not the cheapest,but a good range and the engineered stuff is real wood and sold in large planks, not the strips of lots of little bits.
