Default Paypal refund?

In febuary I had purchased several items from ************ through a guy ***** ***. After not receiveing anything or any replies from them, I contacted paypal and open a dispute. Although I have won the dispute, paypal is saying that it cannot give me a refund although the seller is at fault.
Anyone has past experience or give me advice how i can get my money back?

going through the same process myself. Haven't won yet but the fact it's been nearly a week and the guy still hasn't provided tracking info is a bit of a concern. Luckily for me I had no funds in my Paypaly account so it all came off the credit card so if Paypal don't refund then I shall claim off the card.

Paypal make a big thing about buyer security, but in reality unless there are funds in the other persons Paypal account you will get nothing back. They do nothing other than refund money from the account.

Best bet is to claim through your credit card if you used one.

Got hold of my credit card company, they said I have to send an handwritten letter......more delays!!!
