yes hatton will win on points in all probability against a bigger fighter but at the expense of looking ordinairy
the guy is a "world" champ at a higher weight but if hatton is serious about fighting the best he needs to fight

im still amazed that hattons governing body would not sanction a fight withy ricardo torres who nearly finished miguel angel cottos career!!!

Mosley is past his best. Witter is no where near Hatton's level, Corrales, Mayweather, Cotto, and gatti were all signed to other fights, what do you expect Hatton to do? sit and twiddle his thumbs?


As for your "super judah"comment I am taking it you didnt see his last fight. It is an embarassement to still see him classed as a "world champion" and does the sport no good at all.

granted you are right with the other fighters, in fact yes reading my post again i take what you are saying on board. I still think that judah has more to show and could be a dark horse on saturday (i favour floyd though)
can i stress i rate ricky hatton as a fighter and a person. I have provided archive footage for him and his gym. He is a class act and i didnt mean he was limited but more to the point warren kept his from better fights
not backpeddling but my original post sounded like i was deriding him
check out the press conference today it was an interesting one , especially what mayweather had to say
torres would have been a good fight , but a tad too live an opponent for hatton

I wasn't attacking you in the slightest, just giving my opinion on the fighters you listed. So why do you think Zab was so lacking in his last fight?

I thought Torres faded badly , had he had the gas i think he would have beaten Cotto. I am still largely unimpressed with Cotto.

I also feel this hatton fight is alot more difficult than some people think. Moving up in weight is not easy regardless of how comfortable a fighter feels and this guy is no slouch either. Should be a good little rumble. Although i do agree with you that WHEN ricky and Floyd win they need to get it on.

judah underestimated baldomir or failed to prepare properly
he was caught with a shot that rocked him and i thought at the time broke his nose
either way he looked very poor , i think he tried to take baldomir out and thought he could "walk" through him.
torres is a puncher an wasnt fit enough to go the distance.
I doubt floyd will fight hatton
i see floyds path now as
