Are credit cards issued in Kenya?
As title please. If you are a Kenyan national can you get a Visa/Mastecard locally. TIA. dl

You're not thinking of selling something on Ebay to someone offering to pay by credit card and asking you to ship to Africa, are you?

Thanks for confirmation. Background is a Kenyan company want to buy some goods from me (NOT e-bay 
) and I suggested payment by Visa/MasterCard. Guy over there mailed to say that credit cards didn't exist in Kenya. It's likelly he just doesn't have one but I thought I would ask especially as I don't want to suggest it again to someone else and look stupid (easy enough
