Ok any help on this would be appreciated...

What I have

Plasma Monitor (i.e. no speakers) - panasonic PW6 I think
All in one home cinema with DVD player - Pioneer DCS333
Sky+ box
Quintro Switcher Box
scart leads
Optical lead

How do i connect this all together to enable me to watch SKY+with the DTS sound and DVD's with DTS.?

Have tried various ways and can get the DVD player working with sound but whatever i do i can't get the picture on the plasma for SKY+ along with sound .

As soon as I turn the home cinema (DVD player) off i get the SKy picture but no sound. If I put the home cinema on I get no picture but sound.

Help!!!!!!!

 

Easiest way is to buy an amplifier which will have all the inputs needed.

buy an amp , route everything through there ...

 

All sorted now.

Didn't really want to go the amp route as I wanted to keep the set up small. The DVD player with built in amp is good enough for my needs.
