Default Ebay non payer and relisting

I have a non paying bidder for an item of mine,

its now nearly a month since the auction ended.

i filed for dispute, and have a response back saying that if i accepted cheques then the item could have been purchased in 2 days.

I responded with the terms for my auction etc.

anyway i,ve had enough and filed for closure. ( not worried about listing fee etc)

can i relist the item, or do i have to wait for the non paying buyer to say he agrees?? ( mind you hes made no attempt to pay despite being aware of the issues)

Just go ahead and close the UPI, get your fees back and relist. If he had any intention of paying he would have done by now.
