I have one and sell them, I have used most different Navigation units, RAN is not the most user friendly system on the market, Think TomTom's are the most simple to use in my opinion.
Overall it isn't bad I also found the map to be more recent on the RAN than TomTom's.
PM me or mail for more info!

I have one & although not as good as my Kenwood in the scoob it is good ! I have had a pda tom tom & much prefer it !

I believe it was money well spent ! IF you had a road angel & extended the subscription then they will do you a deal on one & also allow you to keep your old road angel

They sent me an invite to up grade from my "New RA" to the Navigator so I did this.As I had 3 year subs paid up front they let me keep the RA.I was all set to flog the RA when the Navigator started playing up in the first week of ownership.

It kept crashing, the screen would freeze & then you could not get any of the buttons to work. The only way to unlock it was to take it out of the cradle & press the reset button underneath. Not easy when your belting up the M11.

Give Blackspot their due, they sent a replacement Version 2 SD card straight away.No joy though it still froze,& one time we left Cambridge & it hadn't located us till we got to the Stansted turning.

It's a shame cos I liked the unit & when it was working it was v. good. But you need to rely on it working 100% & I couldn't so it went back for a refund.

And I kept the RA & got a Tom Tom One.It will be interesting to know if anyone else has had any problem or if mine was a "one off".
