Default Foam Panel Required

Anyone know where I can get a smallish foam panel to use in a flight case ?

Needs to be 450mm x 325mm x 45mm, black/grey and the same sort of density as foam pipe lagging.

Any ideas on sources or things I can adapt ?

Cheers,
Dunk

Our local market has a haberdashery shop that sells chunks of foam like the stuff you're on about. I would think you'd have something like that in your area.

Textiles shops normally have that sort of stuff. When I was making a headboard for my bed, I got the foam from a shop which re-covers chairs and the like.

Thanks, tried the chap at the top, but he can't supply what I'm after.

Looks like I need polyethylene foam or Plastazote.
