Simon Bates, crap acting, sound that varies wildly, fuzzy picture, millions of trailers (Hee was a Maaaan), getting a certificate film above what you were allowed, i.e. a 15 (Porky's) when you were 13, an 18 when you were 15.

Adjusting the tracking, 5th generation pornos, The Wanderers, Dawn of the Dead, The Thriller video, House, Amityville horror, Friday the 13th, Poltergeist, Friday the 13th, Candyman, Childs Play, The Lost Boys, 'The Imp' with the woman from Star Trek (Lt Uhura ?), The Evil Dead, Texas Chainsaw Massacre and those ones about the Zombies caused by a canister falling off the back of an army lorry ?

Parents out at work, the whole Half Term, Christmas Hols, Summer Hols and a couple of quid to get a masive bag of crisps, the newly released Cherry Coke.

Ahh Fond memories.
