E4 on Telewest Cable

Anyone else have constant pausing and picture break up's?

Only seem's to happen for a breif second, but it happens a lot. Just E4 and E4+1.

It's probably due to reception at their headend. I'm not sure where this is now but I used to work at one of their headends about 6 years ago.
