looking for a web based route hop count

I found one a while back, can't remember where it was or how I found it!
Enter the url/ip and it displayed all the hops and locations of the routers along its merry journey..
Can anyone help

I think the one you mean is Neotrace - available from www.neoworx.com If that isn't the one you were thinking of, then I would highly recommend it - ace little utility.

What's wrong with the traceroute/tracert that comes with your OS?
If you use a web based traceroute tool, it'll only give you the results of a traceroute from that webserver - not your local PC. In which case, the results will be 100% useless to you.
