Orange inclusive minutes check not working.

Does anyone know anything about the problem with not being able to check inclusive minutes remaining from 150 on Orange? It has not worked for a few weeks now. We can't access the online service either.

mine's not working either. they normally have patches like that. can't remember the last time i check though!

They are not answering e-mails and getting through on the phone is taking ages, they (Customer Services) just say that they are aware of the problem and trying to sort it.
