Had you not better check what the equipment you're buying them for uses first?
Are you meaning the ones that have a jackplug connector at one end? IIRC theToslink connectors I have on the back of my PS2, minidisc etc are the 2.2mm type but to be honest I was unaware that there were different sizes.
