I think it has arrived - was just watchin some wimmin do a triathlon - got me thinking - in 1989 I did the Northern Ireland equivalent of the IronMan. - Same distances without the drugs mostly. I was as fit as a fit thing - used to cycle 70 miles to kill time. IronMan was something like 2 and a bit mile swim, 100 odd mile cycle and a marathon to kill the day. Best time was 12:36. Just watched a 19yo babe do it in 9 hours and 39 minutes, which isn't her career best. Fek - I got a half page in the local paper cos 12:36 was a killer time
