Body Polotics...
Im not exactly a bloater but i find it quite irritating the quantity of television programme space given over to reinforcing the pc message that, basically enjoying ones food, is wrong. Sure i can see the disadvantages to all an sundry when we are talking health issues - but ffs its up to the individual to look as they wish..

I've been enjoying food a bit too much over the last few years hence the reason I am now making myself utterly miserable on a 1400 calorie diet per day
