does anyone on here have a business account with royal mail and use airsure?
wondering if someone could clear up a few things for me please, i'm expecting a letter from Ireland via airsure and apparently the service is slightly different to the service on their site for the general public.
1. do you still get a tracking number for your parcel/letter? if so is it given to you as a receipt when you post originally or is it something you have to find yourself through your business account?
2. are you experiencing a back log with your deliveries? i've been told there is a 5 day hold up at the moment?
and lastly do you have access to delivery details/tracking numbers yourself or do you rely on a royal mail worker to give you the info, be it on the phone or via e-mail?
