Default Manchester United shares

I got all the letters off Rothwells i think it was and then the Glaziers or someone acting on behalf of them, wanting to buy my shares. I never responded to any of these. Then i got the letters off Shareholders United which again i never responded to. Now im pretty sure they havnt bought them off me, i never received payment anyway! Does this mean i still have them? Is there any way of checking?

We're talking the smallest amount imaginable by the way! (4!)

To buy the club, they would have needed a majority of share holders to sell their shares to the Glazers, off top of my head, not sure what that % is, but it's in the nineties. With four shares, your "holding" would be a .000000000 (ish ) of a % so they wouldn't need to buy your shares from you in order to take the club over. Unless there were hundreds of thousands of people with 4 shares who refused to sell, but obviously this wasn't the case.

With the way things stand there, you'd be best off selling anyway mate

Isnt it law that if they own over a certain percentage then the remaining shareholders have to sell. The club is then taken into private hands and delisted.
