Ebay where do i stand..
I purchased an item, last week (electonic pda)
it was described as 1 year old with a slight fault, namely it lost power after a certain amount of time, but probably only needed a new internal battery,,
and was a a good item, owned for about a year, but being sold due to being bought a replacement for chrimbo.
item was being sold as faulty, but with some supporting sofware/ programmes
it hasnt arrived yet, so i did some digging,
it would appear that the seller only bought the item in jan this year!! and they purchased it as faulty but with an additional new battery and no software
so have they fitted the battery, and supplied the software, or will is be misteriously missing when it arrives?
where do you reckon i stand, can claim the the item is significantly not as described, or have i been tucked up
as i knew it was faulty

When people on ebay say things like "Slight fault" "Light scratches" "May, in rare cases cause blindness"
Usually means "Its fcuked" "Its scratched to ****" "Your fcuked if you look at it"

Just had a partial result,
the item i purchased before chrimbo and went missing, has been refunded to me,
thats offset some of the cost of this supposedly ok unit, i,ll wait to see if it arrives
