watched SAW the other day, cracking film

except for saw II, what ever similar type films are there?

Se7en (7) or (Seven) lol

Cant think of much else. Saw is pretty unique IMO.

Hostel - One seriously ****ed up film! have seen a couple of trailers for it, and it's on at the local cinema, and there is the temptation to see it.

Saw - Not too bad at all, a few good thrils.

I do believe there are unrated DVD's of both "House of 1000 Corpses" and "The Devils Rejects" said to be a little more violent than the R rated versions. Haven't seen either of them myself.

I watched devils rejects a couple of weeks back, AWSOME. need to find House of 1000 corpses though as its the first one. didnt realise DR was a follow on

I must be one of the few who didn't like Saw. Don't get me wrong, the storyline was brilliant but I didn't like the actors locked in the room, therefore didn't really care what happend to them!
The acting in general was crap.

Se7en was more gripping with an A-list cast

how about this? August Underground's Mordum not quite on the same theam of saw but about snuff film serial killers. havent seen seen it but heard enough not to watch it

You seen CUBE ? Quite enjoyed that, and had a similar impact on me to the one SAW did.

SAW II is much of the same.

Hostel will be the next disturbing horror, due out in the US any time.
