Hi, I think this is the company where you send your 6 bills in for cash back then they return them saying in contract you need 7 , you wait for 7th but that then puts you over the time limit for claims. Just check the small print.

I used them when I got my phone just over a year ago, and they were pretty helpful. I ordered (and received quickly) an A925. Unfortunately, there was a problemwith bluetooth on it, and whilst it was on the way back to them, the A1000 came out. I contacted them, cancelled the A925 and got the A1000. This was all within the first two weeks grace period, but still, they didn't cause any problems.

No idea about the issue with claiming mentioned above because as it was a new phone I only got three months half price, and that came straight off the bill.
