Verbal reasoning on line tests
Has anyone on here taken an on-line verbal reasoning test before? The one I've apparently got to take is entiteld the PSL on line test.
Any tips, suggestions for practice questions etc... would be much appreciated.
Best wishes,

Yes done one.
Basically the verbal reasoning test I took was a of load short phrases and a set of multiple choice questions after each passage.
They get harder the further you progress to extent they just make your brain boggles as half the passages just make no sense in a litrature context.
Passages go along the lines of: "Tom is the baker's son of Fred who is Married to Jill, who does the accounts for a delivery business. The manager of the delivery firm is Pete. Tom is one of their customers."
Then you get questions like:
Who is Tom married to?
What does the firm deliver?
Etc.
BTW, I did crap (I think) - I never recieved any results....I didn't get the job either

Thanks Ali B
Update. PSL is the name of the company that administer the test, not the test itself. I went to their website and did some practice questions......seemed like a pretty poor test of reasoning to me. Simply a case of seeing if a statement was -literally- in a passage of text or not. I found it rather frustrating.
Some other suggestions for practice would be appreciated though.
