Been lookin for one of these..Why are people bidding £240-£250 plus P+P for these on ebay??There only £219 at PC world..

Because you can only buy one at PC World but you can WIN one on eBay.

Lets face it, half of them on eBay probably dont exist anyway !!

They're only £222 at Carphonewarehouse too - walk in a buy one......

I went for the Go300 - did'nt like the power connector on the bottom of the One - you can't stand it up on your dashboard without the proper holder with the power lead plugged in the bottom.

The Go has a much broader flat base - easier to use car to car.

And could someone explain the value of buying the 500 and 700 over the 300, given that you can buy the entire maps of Europe on SD Card now?

The tt one has a faster processor than the 300, they did a review of the tt units on gadgets and stuff and the tt one came out tops...

both in performance and size.. its very slim compared to the tt 300

I think the pc world price is a bargain at £219... if you goto www.hotdealsuk.com there is a discount code for pc world on there.. 5% off and you can collect in store..

No, they have bluetooth compatability for the traffic function, but only the 500 and 700 do handsfree.

had the original tom tom go (roughly the same as the tom tom 300/500), it was stolen and I replaced it with a tom tom one (at full price - just out) - I have found the tom tom one to be a lot better unit than the go - the sat pickup is hugely better and it has the tom tom traffic as well. I would recommend the one over the other units unless you need the full europe maps or the bluetooth handsfree -

You have to add a case and home charger to the cost of the one to make it the same as the tom tom go range

I have found the mount easier to use and easier to fit in the car (not on the windscreen to invite somebody else to nick it)
