Hi all

Does anyone have the phone number of the place where you send your licence and payment back when you recieve points.

I got 3 points in october time and had to send payment and licence and they havnt returned my licence yet.

Contact the Fixed Penalty Clerk at the Magistrates court where your summons was issued. If notification was from Police camera etc. contact the admin dept. at the station where you were reported.They will point you in the right direction

No not banned hopefully lolI sent the letter that they sent me with the cheque and my licence.I rang DVLA and they gave me the number.DVLA also said that they havnt put no points on my licence yet.I havnt had a reminder letter about the payment yet so they must be behind.As long as its not lostCheersAndy

Points are reset to zero if you get a 56 day ban or longer

Any idea how to engineer a 56 day ban without appearing too obvious? I currently have 9 with 3 to come on after the Magistrates visit and whilst a ban would be inconvenient I'd ideally like to get it down to two months which is manageable but anything less would be pointless with the points still in place.
