I have no doubt that a plane did not crash into the Pentagon.
The towers collpasing, and how they collapsed was pretty interesting too, and the references to other skysrapers that were on fire but never collapsed.

Not watched the video, but one thing that amazed me was that amongst all the carnage and wrckage of the collapsed buildings, they soon found a passport belonging to a terror suspect.

I saw this a while ago, and some of it makes interesting viewing, bit like so many things, you can present it any way you want.
There are lots of witnesses who say they did see a passenger plane hit the Pentagon, what have they got to gain?
There have also been several programmes about how and why the Towers collapsed, equally compelling as the stuff in Loose Change. As for his his comments about the puffs indicating demolition charges, well it's possible, but consider the pressure wave riding in front of several thousand tonnes of fallinf masonry, it will have blown out debris through any route it could.
The passport and black box things were amusing though. Still not beyond the realms of possiblity, just highly unlikely.
