how can I get the info on the ad on disc onto the tomtom go 300?

I put a couple of voices on and now the memory is full on the sd card,

so I just bought a 512 mb sd card, what I want to know is what do I do next??????????

any answers please can you make it simple as I am obviously not too bright

ps, I've tried to copy the data on the tom tom sd card to my computer but it comes up as s/o device error or something
