WorldPay are really doing my head in. They charge a fortune and accept no responsibilty for anything!!

Example transaction can be authorised, but at any point within 6 months of the original transaction they can take the money back off you if it transpires that the transaction is dubious or disputed!!

If you refund someone they don't refund your fees, they charge you again when you transfer funds to your bank and to top it all they won't transfer monies at all until 30 days after the original transaction date.

The whole system sucks. There must be another way. Alternatives must integrate into e-commerce site (i.e. no physical swiping of cards or manually punching numbers into a PDQ type machine)

Current monthly throughput is arounf £20K Any suggestions?
