UK DECT Phone - usage in North America?
Might be a dumb question ... but
I have shipped a few things over to the US with me, and I think that might include a Panasonic DECT phone from the UK (shipping hasn't arrived yet) and I don't know if it will (a) work in the US, and (b) if its even legal to use it here?? I know that US Phones and Radios shouldn't be used in the UK for example.
Any know anything about this?
Jon

The phones will work with an adaptor although answer phones tend to get a bit messed up (they appear not to be able to count the rings or something?).
I'm not sure whether they are legal though.
