Default My Xmas Present To You All

Buy GUS Shares at £9:10 each ..............

ARGOS was full to the rafters today with buyers .... they are very aggressive in the High Street (ARGOS, not the buyers!! )

GUS are also about to sell 'BurBerry' ............ they are suffering from the CHAV image like Subaru are!!

So, buy a couple of thousand and make a cool £2,000 by March 2006!!

This is just my opinion, shares go down as well as up, make sure you can afford to lose your investment in whole or in part.

Pete

my cousin works at argos, they are busy but not busy enough!

I wouldn't go investing your money to quickly, as the whole high streets in trouble wait until the knock on effects next year NL will have to do something pretty amazing to stop some big problems heading there way!

I take it you don't read the FT. Article last week about GUS being in dire straights. About time a few more over price retail groups go to the wall.

Maybe Pete has lots of shares, and is trying to get the price up so he can ditch them.

Boosting I think they call it, the internet's full of it.

Good luck Pete!

When I took the money I just thought that there are those on here who spend that on a Re-Map!

The trick is to make your money WORK for you ....... Re-Maps do nothing but make you poorer .... but thats just my opinion.

And that money has been invested in the next shares ..... NOT on Gold Alloys!! The £880 will be £1500 in 3 weeks time

Stop spending and start INVESTING!!

Hmmmmmm, yeah - easy to say now (looking back at the share increases!)

Hindsight words are cheap - lets have your Hot Tip for the next month then? (I know mine and I'm never wrong!)

£10:19 Close on Friday ............... BUMMER!!!!!

To those who held longer than me, WELL DONE!!!

You have just made yourself £2180 in 4 weeks!!

I knew it was a good bet, but thought it would have taken longer to top £10 ... to those who acted and made a killing

Nah ..... no more tips this year

I will be busy cashing in myself, thanks

Tesco have done me very well .......

Aviva look VERY cheap (thats a long term bet) - they yo-yo a bit but solid climber over the longer term ... thats my 10 year tip!

The GUS advice given at the end of November was just a short term killing for Xmas

Wouldn't the courier companies be worth looking into? DHL, Securicor etc etc

Surely with the trend towards interweb shopping they can only get busier?

I use my eyes and ears to buy shares ................ this is BY FAR the best way to operate.

A good 10 years ago I tried to be some 'PollyPocket' toys for my daughter and was amazed that it was all sold out over Xmas ......... I travelled 40 miles to get what I had to get on behalf of Santa!

Looked into the company, was owned by BlueBird and bought some shares - made an absolute KILLING!!!

Ignore the 'experts' they know NOTHING ................... go on what you see in life and you cannot fail to win every time!

Brave call to buy ASC - it's retraced well over 50% of its pre-Hemel loss. I'd be wary of that one.
