Anybody got one of these??
I’m looking to buy a Sony RDR-HX510 is anybody using one, if you have what are the good points/ bad points and where did you get it from?

I have just got one from Beacon Electrics in Plymouth. I am impressed with it, it is easy to prgramme and use generally and it has a lot of useful attributes. The Hard Disk will hold an enormous amount of recording and it is easy to record onto DVD or transfer from the HDD to the DVD or vice versa.It has several recording capacities accepting that the quality will reduce at the higher capacities. If your TV has SmartLink or similar is is particularly easy to install and set up. You do need a fully 21 pin connected Scart for that however which is not supplied.
