Was the new MX5 racing against a geyhound supposed to be on??

Or was that at the begining and I missed it??

Is it repeated one night this week??

Well, if you were a presenter for top gear...what car would you want to test drive - Supercars or Shopping trolleys? No, I think they would prefer to leave the shopping trolleys for 5th gear

That M6 is a bit ugly isn't it!!

All 3 sat in my garage? I think I'll be taking the Aston 90% of the time just for that v8 noise!

140mph in the M6 on those little Isle of Man roads!!!

Why the hell do Suzuki supply them with that crappy car? Hardly comes out in a good light on that show does it!!

Yep, its a good illustration as to why thrashed and abused cars are always poorer overall mechanically to cars driven properly.

It's like my mates Impreza...same year and mileage as mine...but his is an absolute nail to drive in comparison mine drives far nicer, even though they are both FSH and well maintained, just his car has been thrashed alot more than mine.


I belive the two Lianas have both had gearboxes, suspension and bodywork repairs

Pete they did a quick montage of the coming 6 weeks, i think the clip you saw was included.

Without a zoomed in slow motion replay (anyone got sky+?) I think the whole hub came off - wheel nuts still attached to the studs, also looks like the brake disc went along with it (wheelbearing failure)...

Yeah - all I can find is http://www.bbc.co.uk/topgear/survey/ which just gives the top and bottom 10.

www.google.com top gear survey only give top 10 and bottom ten and the link is the bbc website

On the first of the facelift series, they were the only manufacturer that would supply them with one of their cars.
