Won an item yipee ...

As it's a large item selelr advises when it will be sent. I ask for it to be delayed a few days to make it asier for me. Then do so. Excellent.

Item turs up but it's much smaller than i thought (it's a coffee table) check listing and sure enough it says it's bigger than it is. Angry. Mail the seller who repsonds immediately saying sorry and offering a full refund once the goods are returned. OK.

Get another mail saying not to worry about sending it back and I still get a refund! Refund turns up in Paypal. Brilliant. The table cost me £112 originally, now it's free.

There are good people out there.
I bought a pair of speakers and paid £19 for postage the guy then found it to be cheaper than expected to post. He sent me an email today to say that they are on their way along with a cheque for £5 as a refund due to the cheaper postage.
Well done that man !
