I would say the itching around your tops of your legs, ********* and anus was heat rash and not thread worm as you clearly stated

From what you were saying I think Jeyes fluid should get rid of most of the lice but the green odorous discharge sounds a bit worrying..............

Hint to anyone with a teenage son: DO NOT leave computer unattended when said son is due home from college.

Ain't it murder when you accidentally post a thread under your REAL username, when you mistakenly thought you were logged in under your alter-ego, then you need to pretend that someone else had access to your computer and posted it!!!
