Default camcorder for use with bullet cam ??

After the demise of my old sony trv320 camcorder, I need to look at replacing it, but I want to be able to use a bullet cam(external lens) with it, which means it has to have AV in.

Does anyone here have any recomendations for a make/model I can use.

Cant be too expensive(200-350) as I still need to buy the bullet cam etc

I use a Canon with the RF Concepts bulletcam Kit. Superb results and you can buy different lenses for the BC.

JVC also make some great Mini DV camcorders, you can buy a JVC with DV in for £241 from http://www.nomatica.co.uk/video/grd270EN.htm

which of the bullit cams did you go for John?

After spending a while trawling the net, Ive found the Sony TRV480e, av in/out, dv in/out, digi8(means i can all my existing media) and is basically the same specs as my broken 'corder, pricewise its £280-£300.

Ill have to pay close attention to all the sales leading up to christmas now.

A question regards the bullet cam, which would be a good kit to go for ?? Ive looked over the rfconcepts website, but dont know which would be best for me.......its to go on my trackbike mainly

Buy one of the kits. Really the best you can afford, the one with the most lines.
