Question Planning Permission...

Hi folks.

Would I require planning permission for installing security shutters to my property? I have shutters for the shop windows (I own an Off-License), but I want shutters for the flat above.

TIA

For something like that I would check with your local planning office, not on here.

Policies, I think, can be different in different areas of the country for stuff like that. You don't want to have to take them off after putting them on, just cos someone on here said that you could....

Ask the local planning authority - put it in writing to get a written response
