Nyphetamine is a stunning return to form for Cradle of Filth.
Albums that I can suggest -
Emperor - Prometheus
Dimmu Borgir - Death Cult Armageddon
Hypocrisy - Abducted
More into Death metal than Black metal but the three above are choice albums IMO.

"Thank God for the Suffering" from the Damnation and a Day album is pretty good too.
Looking forward to the next "Filth" album, Nymphetamine is excellent!
Can't seem to shift Dragonforce off my CD player at the moment...all that guitar shredding!!! And how the hell does the drummer manage to beat the skins like that all the time...he must be on something

LOL, my home-town claims fame to housing (and bringing up) Danny Davey (AKA Danny Filth) and one new years eve (or New years day morning IYSWIM), staggering back home, I walked past the guy and his "disciples of Evil", and had a quick chat and exchanged "happy new years etc" - not a very interesting story I know, but from their videos, they appear VERY evil, yet are actually pretty cool guys (and about the only redeeming feature my sh!tbox hometown has!)
