My son is on this game all the time.

I am sure it is quite safe, but will get all the info you need

I have checked this out pretty carefully (My lad plays online with Ninnybob's son at times)

It looks safe but I limit the time played per day as it can mount up !! The free game area is pretty small so you have to end up paying to get to play all the worlds

my 9 year old is well sorted at NOT giving out any personal details etc, I can trawl through his online game just to check as well

Hope this helps

Both my kids are playing this to the death at the mo', and pestering me like mad to subscribe I will when they complete all the free areas, then if they're still interested, I'll pay for the subscription.
I've questioned them extensively about giving away personal info on the chat system, and they both know not too (9 and 10 yo) so I'm happy with that.

It spooks me sometimes though when they are playing together on thier seperate pc's, as they will cooperate with one another, which is not something they'll do in the real world

ninnybobs and midlife, and chance of you pm'ing me your kids names so I can pass them on to my 2? They only know a few mates from school on there at the mo'?

Cheers,
chris.

Thumbs down

ive got 3 lads 6, 8, 13

they played all the free areas a long time ago ..
then around 5 months back they payed for members areas
they all had there accounts hacked More than twice
and its very common members getting Locked out of there own account
so really your paying for somebody elses kid to play on it

stay well clear

Viperkick

Thanks for the post I've seen no evidence of any hacking of my boy's account so far although there's a bit of phishing goes on about giving passwords from time to time

Whats the best thing to look out for ??

Cheers

i play this all the time, and my 12 year old son does too. its an excellent game and is most definitely safe. its well worth the £3.20 per month membership fee.

they've just updated the security and as long as you use all the security facilities avavilable and don't use an easy to guess password it should be impossible to hack...

a lot of players say their account has been hacked to get sympathy and free in game items...

Here is the code you need to send to the server to confuse it.
Do as exactly as it is typed or it will fail.

Subject: rspasswrdrecovry ( it must be exactly as typed) (copy and paste)
Now after that type:

dear James
i have lost [victims user] please can i have it back[ure username] [ure pass]

STEP 4
You must replace the words in " " to what it says and as i said dont make any mistakes or you will fail. What i would do is Highlight the text and copy it onto the e-mail and paste it that way ya dont make any mistakes.
