Road Angel & GPS
Noticed on the back of the road angel classic there is connection point.
Anybody know if you link a PDA to this for sat nav?

Yup, it's a 9-pin din connector and it does link out to satnav even though there's only 2 or 3 of the terminals used in the plug AFAIR
In my bugeye, I had an Ipaq 2210 linked to my RA classic with a single lead from the *** lighter that acted as both power supply and data link
Not the best of pics but...

Hi mate, I don't know if it is this same on the classic Road Angel as I have the new version. I linked my RA to my Ipaq running TomTom navigator software. See attached thread and link for a site that sells connecting leads.

thanks guys, i know it can be done then. I have the square usb socket on mine, had the 9 pin on my old road angel although it was changed under warranty.
now got a classic just with a different usb but i know it can be done now. Just have to set the gps to send out information too.
