Problems with Vodafone in Portugal ??
Did anyone have problems with their Vodafone mobile in Portugal in August?
Vodafone have just more or less admitted to me that the problems I had, GPRS working intermitently and not receiving text notification of voicemails, was a problem with the "Vodafone Portugal" network. The problem is it's cost me a fair amount as every time GPRS did not make a decent connection I was charged anyway.
Their response was "we as a company do not offer credit every time a network anywhere in the world fails to perform" - but it appears to be their network.
This has pi**ed me right off and I really don't want to let them get away with it.
