Tax Dodgers ...Is that you?
Universities are back this/next week.This means in my case loads of freshers roaming the streets at all hours,pissed on 2 pints of scrumpy and each seems to have an innate desire to pull off my wing mirrors,or nick cones or do something equally funny and original.Can one uni student who can actually spell please explain what this is all about????

Been there, done that, stole the cones, closed the motorway - I should add, it was really really funny at the time 
- **** - just thinking back has me in tears.... took traffic branch 6 hours to work out that it wasn't DOE roadworks, by which stage there was a tailback long enough to make the evening news - we spent months crapping ourselves in case they worked out it was us
