Default plate printing

what is the easiest/cheapest way of printing a logo on dinner plates (poss 100)

Sublimation. The plate needs to have a thin poyester coating to accept the print. We do mugs but not plates.

how do i know if it has that ( the plate don't have any text on it )

btw its one of those asda's cheapo 75p plate
