Advertised two items today!
Ok, Have bought stuff and attempted to buy stuff before (it went ballisitic with people bidding more than retail) but my first sales items!
Anything i should watch for or be aware of?

When buying expensive items check the seller has sold items similar before. A lot of accounts get hijacked and there's hundreds of scams on ebay all the time. A giveaway will be a direct email address in the description or not accepting any payments except western union or similar. To be honest though most scams are blindingly obvious and when you find one you end up seeing lots (sort of like one of those magic eye pictures lol)
If you want something don't even consider bidding until the last 10 seconds.
Edited to add..
watch out for the official looking ebay (fake) email asking for your log in details to be updated, but again normal email scam stuff
