Best USD/GBP Exchange Rate? Paypal or Mastercard?
Hi All
Making an Ebay purchase and the item is in US$. Am I best paying in through Paypal in GBP and swallowing their 2.5% commission or will the X rate on my mastercard (morgan stanley) be better?
