I seem to remember reading a while back that you can access your own medical details under the Freedom of Information Act. That is, anything held by a local govt agency on a computer system must be available to the person concerned.

Does anyone have any experience of doing this?

I do stay North of the Antonine Barrier so things could be a bit different, but I'm still curious.

covered by the data subject information request "dsir" this can be obtained from any company etc that hold information about you, they must give you this information within an acceptable period of time.
