the man suspected of murdering the young lad in linvingstone was out on bail for 8 sex attacks . what sort of people are letting these perverts loose on our streets . think its about time to retire judges at 50 years old as they dont seem to know whats happening in the real world .

Just seen this on the news. What's even more shocking is that the day after the boy was killed, matey didn't turn up in court where he was due to face the string of kiddy fiddling charges. An arrest warrant was issued, but the police didn't go round his house until a few days later after neighbours called them to say he looked like the police photofit.

 

Just unreal isn't it. How could he be out on bail with the seriousness of the charges - ******* law and soft judges who just do not seem to give a damn.

We are being let down by the government, the law and our judges compounded by the PC brigade and so callled civil rights.

What about the rights of the kid he murdered!

I am beginning to hate living in Britian it is being run into the ground.

 

The PC nut crunching lentil eaters will say that it was not his fault that he was kiddyfiddling and that he would have had a deep seated problem that would be curable. Therefore it would not be fair to imprison him and he must be given bail before his summons for 8 attacks on little children for god's sake!!!! If he carries out any further offences it is not the fault of the PC authorities of course since they were unable to foresee such a thing. The fact that an 11 year old lad was strangled is neither here nor there as far as their consciences are concerned-PC is far too important to be suppressed!
