Another phone question
Right then, having never owned one before, I think it's about time I got myself one of those new fangled mobile phone things. However, after having a bit of a web browse, I'm getting a bit overwhelmed with the options available. What I'm after is something with the following features...
Absolutely essential...
I'm not going to get vast use out of the phone, but will consider a contract, (I can always switch it to PAYG in 12 months time when the contract is up).
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Iain
Absolutely essential...
- Bluetooth and GPRS so I can use it to access the internet from both my laptop and my TomTom Go 700 unit.
- Decent battery life
- Not too large
- Organiser features (such as a diary) which I can sync with outlook on the pc.
- Mp3 ringtones which I can create and upload to the phone
- Customizable wallpaper (again which I can create and upload to the phone).
- Decent sized memory for the above
- Nice and styleish
I'm not going to get vast use out of the phone, but will consider a contract, (I can always switch it to PAYG in 12 months time when the contract is up).
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Iain

and unless youve got huge pockets and are a millionare
dont bother...
the connection speed at best will be approx 33kbs and you pay sh*tloads for a wap bundle.. factor in bluetooth, 4hrs tops on the call
bluetooth and gprs are fine for file transfer and odd surfing and email collection other than that dont!!
