OK 6230, great business phone, we sell lots of em to business users, be very careful of the 6230i many high street retailers have taken them off the shelf because of firmware problems, just do a search on the web, loads of horror stories best to wait until Nokia get it sorted.
V3, I was using one of these for a few days last week, stunning piece of engineering and design, I find texting on motorola's painful but other than that awesome, could be tempted myself.
Samsung D500 is a popular phone with the youth market and it is a good handset, personally I dont like the samsung software.
One other one to consider maybe the 6260, nokias flip that looks cool in black, just debating whether to order one up myself, it runs symbian OS (as do the 6630, 6680, 6681, 6682) which means you can get lots of 3rd party applications to run on it such as tom tom navigator.
Have fun!
