Question Has anyone got a bill of sale for a private car sale template?

I've looked around and can't find one on t'interweb. It's been years since I last sold a car privately so am not sure what to put in this day and age

If anyone has one saved that I could have a copy of I'd be most grateful

Cheers

Sal

'Sold as seen' is a meaningless and pointless addition. If the car is either dangerous or misdescribed then you are liable and the endoresment has absolutely no relevance.

if you took my example and removed those words you have a bit of paper with nothing on!

the car is being sold....so thats written on the paper - its not there to hold up in court if the thing blows up - its just a descriptive term that is widely used to explain what happened.

If you like you could just put SOLD on it......hardly matters does it?

Tiggs; you're extremely insecure aren't you? Sal, I'm going to PM an outline to you, VBulletin won't allow correct spacing though.

Sent. Tiggs, written by a solicitor, it's a legal sale agreement: "IN WITNESS OF WHICH the parties have signed this agreement the day and year above first written", etc.

*Note: Please don't fecking call me, mail me or text me should you break, damage, deface or **** up in any way this vehicle. I will not care and will be likely to laugh at you. I will however be either in the pub, on holiday or off my t1ts on some subtance or another which I would have financed with your hard earned cash.
