Bloke at work got clocked doing 92mph on a dual carriageway (70mph) whats he likely to get?

should be around 6 points £350 fine mark,
alot of people seem to be getting similar for around that mark, may be wayout if judge is being a nasty *******.

For 92mph it will be the ordinary FPN wouldn't it
3 points £60 fine.
I have been caught at 97.7 and 97.2 and on both occasions received 3 points £60 fine!

Sounds about right. A friend got caught by a mobile van at 93 mph and just got 3 points and £60 fine in the post.

Yeh it has to be 30mph over the limit b4 it goes to court for standard speeding offences.
