"He was put in jail in Perth in 1965 for an attack on a seven-year-old boy.
Since then he has been paroled three times and reoffended on all three occasions.
There was outcry when it was announced that Excell would be freed and brought back to the UK because of his poor health.
The plans of the paedophile, originally from Windsor, are not known but he has the support of his wife, Maxine.
Psychologists have said he still poses a "moderate" risk of reoffending. Brunt said: "There are still concerns about this man."
The 66-year-old emigrated to Australia as a child but never became a citizen.
He is expected to be put on the UK sex offenders' register but he will not face parole terms."
He should be shot on site!

Considering the amount of "Send them back where they came from" remarks on here. I find it interesting not many are supporting Australia's version of it.
Hes evil of course, but he is one of ours so we do have to recieve him.

But I do think shes right about holding prisoners for 3 months without trial. If you have proof of wrongdoing. Then charge them, convict them and put them in jail.
Holding for no good reason worries me.
