Reporting an untaxed car?
Some scum live down my road who drive around in untaxed cars. Can I report them anonymously and have them fined? I generally don't poke my nose in others' business but these lot have been blocking my drive and are a right nuisance.
PS - unrelated to the other topic in forum where chap forgot to get tax disc; but I was reminded by that thread!

Yes mate you can phone DVLA annon and they will take the details and send a van round and clamp them so they cant move them, you could also phone the police and they could contact them!!!

Prob won't get clamped though, we've had a mini van at the end of our road for about 3 weeks with no tax. This week someone (police or DVLA) has eventually put a warning sticker on it saying it's not taxed and to shift it.
